I packed my camera for the long work weekend, but didn’t realize my batteries were dead. So, I don’t have any pictures of the farm, but I do however have another picture to share. Enjoy!
. . . or maybe I should have titled the blog ”Not So Recently Transplanted”. Those of you who know me know that I made the leap from San Diego to Northern Virginia back in September. Yep, that’s 7 (seven!) months ago. Over half of a year. 4 months into the new year. Oy! I had originally planned on having this up and running by October. October became December, and then it became a New Year’s resolution. January turned to February, and somehow it’s now April?!?
The reason for my delay in creating this blog? Well, yes I have been busy, but really my lame excuse is that I couldn’t think of a name for this here thing. That’s it; that’s my reason. The runners up are (in no particular order): “BilePile”, “I Love My Job”, “I Hate My Job”, “This Blog Has No Name“, “Learning the Native Language“, “I’ll Never be Creative Again“, and of course “Another Mindless Blog-Because My Generation isn’t Narcissistic Enough,” but that last one seemed a bit too long to type.
So, here it is. Now I’m not promising much here. It may be fabulous; it may be lame. Either way, leave a comment, it’ll boost my ego. Let the narcissism begin!
